If I go to ~/Library/Application Support/uTorrent and delete bltadwin.ru and bltadwin.ru files then those stuck at 'Downloading metadata' start downloading but then a few days later I will run into the same problem. Sometimes the trackers are wrong about how many seeders there are for a given torrent - they don't update in real time so it may be the seeder the torrent counted an hour ago is no longer online. Also, do you use a VPN? If you have an option to use port forwarding then that can improve the number of seeders you can download from.
